UCM Missions Sending Program

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with  you always, to the very end of the age.”

Who May Apply?

Union Church of Manila seeks to identify, foster, support and encourage full time missionaries from within the UCM family and its affiliated ministries to fully engage in the work of the Great Commission to the unreached/least reached*.


*An unreached or least-reached people is a people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance, typically less than or equal to 2% Evangelical Christian and less than or equal to 5% Professing Christians.

The Application Process

THE MISSIONARY APPLICANT (MA) WILL BE DIRECTED TO A RECOGNIZED MISSIONS SENDING ORGANIZATION (MSO)

THE MISSIONS SENDING ORGANIZATION (MSO) WILL RECEIVE, SCREEN, AND PROCESS THE APPLICATION

UPON THE MSO'S APPROVAL, THE MSO WILL CONFER WITH THE MISSIONS SENDING SUB COMMITTEE (MSSC) FOR THE APPLICANT’S SUPPORT

THE MSSC MAY REQUEST OTHER INFORMATION AS NECESSARY TO GUIDE IT IN ITS DECISION-MAKING PROCESS

MSSC AND THE SENIOR PASTOR WILL APPROVE THE MISSIONARY APPLICATION AND INFORM THE M&B MINISTRY
